Payment & Refund Policy
Creative Tots Montessori & Daycare school year begins in September and continues to the end of August.
There is non-refundable registration fee $100 + half a month’s daycare fee which goes to August. (This amount will be applied to complete the last month daycare fee if at least 2 calendar months written notice is not given to the daycare before withdrawing your child).
All withdrawals and refund requests for the Creative Tots Montessori & Daycare program require 2 months notice and MUST be submitted in writing (email accepted) Failure to do so will mean that your deposit is forfeited.
Registration fees are charged to cover enrollment procedures, and part of the printing costs for the year. All registration fees are non-refundable
Parents agree that all monthly fees will be paid on the first of each month with post-dated cheques for six months.
Unpaid fees are subject to immediate suspension or termination of care unless reasonable arrangements are made and accepted by both parties.
All NSF cheques will incur a $25 service charge.
Families will not receive a refund of fees for:
- • Public schools are closed due to snow condition, Creative Tots Montessori & Daycare too.
- • Due to Power outages and other emergencies outside of the facility’s control.
- • Days their child has missed due to illness, family holidays or other personal reasons.
- • All statutory holidays closure, Last week of July and Christmas holidays.
(Creative Tots Montessori & Daycare is following the government school policy for Holidays.)
Subsidy
If your subsidy payment has not gone through, you are required to cover these fees until the subsidy payment has been processed. When the subsidy received family will get the subsidy money back.
